This is pretty common building that can be spotted in both small and big cities. They usually housed for some sort of sewing tools, rags, and cloths, also valued collectibles that can be sold to buyers in Settlement. New players may find useful loot items from this building since it provides clothes and sewing needle which are scarce to find and hard to make in early game.
