Details
Rawhide is a component material that is used to make Tanned Leather and Boiled leather which are essential mostly for producing durable clothes and armor. Weight can be troublesome especially for survivors who use light vehicles when travelling.
Obtaining
Rawhide can be obtained from animals. Nearly all animal types found ingame yields rawhide, only insect-mutant creatures does not yield this material. Below are the list of animal types and the amount of rawhide obtained when butchered.

- Rawhide have no expiration date after version 700.
- Rawhide used to have no expiration date until the update on version 671 came.
