A wolf affected by radiation. These wolves move in packs either of radioactive wolves or with normal wolves.
Radioactive wolves have a higher damage output than normal wolves and can be pretty dangerous for inexperienced players if the protagonist gets too close to one due to their attack perks. It is advised to equip a ranged weapon rather than melee.
