Details
The Queen Bee is as close to a final boss as you get in Day R survival. She is the most formidable enemy you can encounter boasting high health, armour, attack, and perks. She is also protected by many of her offspring, has 3 forms and immune to many negative effects.
Location
The queen bee is located in the center of the beehive in the middle of the city of Ufa. The 8 surrounding cells in the building can be looted for Honey. The beehive resets every 28 days in the game.

- Pre version 701 drops: 100 Acid Glands, 25 Honey, 30 Chitin, 100 Contaminated Meat, and 50 Lymphs.
- On previous versions, the Queen's Guard used to protect the Queen but now it was replaced with Appendages.
- Before version 610, every time you killed the queen, she would respawn with a lower chance to win.
- Before somewhere between v555 and v565, only the innermost chamber housing the queen would respawn honey. Outer chambers spawned honey once per game.
