Petrozavodsk Is known as the (Karelia Republic) capital. It second capital city you head to after Murmansk. Also places you start meeting the Crazy People as an enemy. Also after this city bandit forts starts appearing there.
When you first enter the city, you will encounter a fresh wolf carcass killed by an iron cramp. You will be able to butcher the carcass.
