Information
Omsk Survivor Camp lies at the junction between Kurgan Settlement and Novosibirsk Camp. According to the old lore, the base camp has always been at war with the local bandit gangs, more so when the location is a popular transit between different factions which is ideal for troublemakers.
Omsk Survivor Camp was once part of of the S.O.V.A. faction until the base camp leader has a changed of heart establishing military dictatorship. The base camp occupies the trade route between the East and West and due to having a strategic position, the camp has been surviving pretty well from passage fees and other miscellaneous payments.
As of new version, the Omsk Survivor Camp is not part of ruling factions but has been declared to be one of the Free City factions. The base camp banner has a blue and red distinctive color which signifies neutrality between the Iron Front and S.O.V.A. However, it has been a goal for these two factions to capture Omsk Base Camp as this will allow monopoly of the trade and dictate their own terms and conditions.
Despite having no affiliated faction, the base camp uses Ration Cards as its main currency which is a currency used at S.O.V.A faction.
Omsk Quest
This is a quest given to survivors who managed to access all the base camps within the Iron Front and S.O.V.A. The goal is to collect all the required high-end weapon and equipment from different settlements Specialist which could take a huge amount of time.

---|---|---|---|---|---|
Omsk seceded from S.O.V.A., and is now run by the army. The only trade route between East and West runs through the settlement. That appears to be what allows a closeted settlement like this to survive.
However, hints and rumors suggest that the army has something else that keeps the other powers of the Urals and Siberia at bay. You can try to find out more about Omsk, but few people manage to establish relations even with the outer perimeter of the city. | |||||
