Mirny (Мирный) is located in the North-East part of the map. It is west of Yakutsk by at least 310km. Vladimir, a local resident, has plans to build the greatest wasteland conquering machine of all time. He just needs "a little help" . If you assist him, he will agree to let you be the "steersman" of this moving city.

In real life, Mirny is the administrative center of the Mirninsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia. The Mir diamond mine is considered the second largest mine in the world.
