It can be found in large cities or in smaller towns located near big cities. Sometimes a military base is a location of a random Bandit city fort. The Military Bandit Fort is the highest tier (level 3) of the random bandit city forts. Beware! It is dangerous, make sure you have at least military armor or higher, and some explosives.
