It can be found in large cities or in smaller towns located near big cities. Sometimes a military base is the home of a random bandit city fort. Military bandit forts are the highest tier (level 3) of the random bandit city forts. Beware! It is dangerous for any survivor with a poor armor or low power weapon, make sure to have at least military armor or higher, and some explosives.
