Information
Irkutsk Survivor Camp is located further on the east side of the world map and is the last settlement the protagonist will reach that is managed by NPC's. Based on the old lore description, it seems that the locals are at war with the bandits in the region especially with the ones from the camp of Baikal Gang otherwise known as the Zima Super Bandit Camp.
Irkutsk is a city on a dam and solely relies on the hydroelectric power that supplies the whole settlement with fresh water. Residents built houses on its vicinity and has been self-sufficient with access to electricity and fishing livelihood.
The settlement is part of the faction S.O.V.A. which stands for Siberian Association for the Restoration of Agriculture, comprised by a group of scientist, engineers and doctors having a collective vision to attain high level of scientific research to improve the life of everyone in the settlement.
Moving Town Quest can also be found in this survivor settlement.
Reputation
Reputation is vital when making transactions with the settlement. With enough reputation, one can access unique materials and equipment that is exclusive to the base. To earn reputation points, one must accept and complete quests from the Bartender.
There are four levels of reputation status and this applies to all the settlements found in the world map, however each settlement will have varying levels of reputation status points to meet. The more unique has a base to offer, the higher the reputation needed to access such services.

Specialist
Specialists are the bread and butter of each settlements. They offer unique crafting services exclusive to the base as well as assist in repairing weapons and armor in-exchange for Ration Cards. To access the most important items/services, upgrading is necessary and it comes with the pre-requisite amount of reputation, upgrade materials, as well as the upgrade fee.

- Arkady the Watchmaker, used to be one of the locals that will help the protagonist with the Clock Quest.
- During previous version, a man from Yakutsk will give the protagonist information about a job that involves building a BelAZ. The man will direct the protagonist to go to Mirny and accept the quest.
- Prior to major version updates, a handful of quest used to be issued from this survivor camp some of which includes Transport Quest, and Guide Quest.
