The Chitin Armor can not be crafted, looted, or bought at the shop. The only way to get one is to complete the Chitin quest.
Another way is by trading 100 Chiting to Magnitogorsk survival camp

- It offers the second best overall protection armor after the Steel armor set
- It offers the best protection against acid : - 91%
Considering that bees drop chitine that's necessary to repair the armor, and that bees are strong opponents that deal acid burns, it's strongly recommanded to wear this set when hunting bees.
