Details

Plates of natural armor that protect the body of giant insects. Chitin is a component material mainly used to assemble the Chitin Armor. However, chitin is heavy weighing 1 Kilogram each piece, not recommended to bring along especially if survivors use light vehicles when travelling.


Obtaining

Chitin can only be obtained from insect-mutants. Mutant Bees in particular reside exclusively at Ufa and they are very difficult to kill unless the survivor is heavily protected with armor and is using good firearms to combat these creatures.
