The Buyer is a group of characters of the same name in the game. You can find them in the survivor camps. He buys items from the Survivor for in-game currency (Black rubles,Iron nuts, and Ration cards).
The more reputation the Survivor has in the camp, the more currency the buyer has.
The amount of available currency is refreshed every 6 hours of real time, at the same time as the traders stock refresh.
