You can find broken wehicles in garages or car workshops or on the roads in cities and towns.
Advantages
You can disassemble them if you have the right tools and get machine oil, auto spare parts, spark plug(s), and tires. If you're lucky you can also get car batteries from some broken wehicles.
Almost all wehicles that exist in the game can be found broken in the streets.(this excludes rafts, motorized rafts, bicycle with a cart and motorized cart).
