This is the first and only quest offered at the Bryansk survivor camp by the settlement leader, Oleg Yakolevich.

The people of Bryansk are suffering from a plague of roaches and bedbugs, the settlement leader, Oleg Yakolevich, has asked the narrator to locate insecticide to eradicate the plague.

Trivia
Note number 3 mentions that the narrator has helped Ivan Petrovich, this is incorrect since Ivan is the leader of the Omsk survivor camp. and the leader of the Bryansk camp is Oleg. This is because the final message was not modified when the mission was moved to its new location.
