Quest Debriefing
Stanislava Rudnitskaya, the settlement leader, is worried about the constant attacks of a giant glowing bear, she asks the protagonist if he can kill it for her.

Bear location
The bear will be near the Rostov on Don camp and can appear on any biome or inside the cities, its easier to find if the survivor has the wolf with the hunting command, or, just by walking around the camp an encounter will be triggered.
Tactic
Radioactive bears can only be stunned with the crow diversion ability, explosives, and stun grenades have no effect, it is advised to keep distance from the bear at all moments and a long-range weapon with high damage output like an SVD, handmade rocket launcher or RPG.
The bear can easily kill any low-level player with one or two hits so leave this quest alone until better armor and equipment can be obtained. For an easier kill be sure to have these perks with you:
- Monster hunter
- Rifle/machinegun/explosive expert perk (Depends on the weapon of choice)
- Nobody leaves
- Light step
After killing the bear, the survivor must take the radioactive bear skin back to the camp, there´s no need to bring the bear carcass.
